What it is

LEADERSHIP owns the system. Work Owners (Operate, Maintain, Improve) set their KPIs based on a Code RED or Code BLUE culture.

Inside this module sit OMI, Elite Teams, and Code Blue.

Its parts

• OMI. Operate, Maintain, Improve — Work Ownership. Everyone operates, maintains, and improves their own work.
• Elite Teams. The teams leadership builds to own their work and the system it runs in.
• Code Blue. The ALARM response: a greater response, escalation, and a CAPA — a corrective action — with Safety/Quality leadership approving.

How it interacts

LEADERSHIP owns the system every other module runs in. When METRICS hit ALARM, leadership answers Code Blue. TRAINING staffs the loop with the Owners leadership leads.

Training

The module's training works on the leader's own ground: OMI in their own work, their team's routines, and a Code Blue answered the full way — response, escalation, CAPA.

Test / Audit

The path is the same in every module: Learn — the module's documents, podcast and video. Test / Audit — the knowledge is confirmed. Real-world homework — applied on your own floor, the evidence brought back. Certified in the module.
