ACTIONS

What it is

ACTIONS close the gaps. It is the 1st Team (Author, Owner, Sponsor, Approver) that Hunts-as-a-Pack.

Digitern works inside this module: the app where Actions live and check-ins happen.

Its parts

• Team. An Action is carried by a Team, with an Owner inside it.
• Check-Date. Every Action carries a Check-Date. At the check-in, the work is HIT — read against what was committed.
• Digitern. The app where Actions live: Lists, Actions, Steps. The status flow runs NEW → IDEA → ACTIVE → HOLD → BLOCKED → WAITING → FOLLOW-UP → DONE.

How it interacts

ACTIONS are raised from METRICS check-ins. The orders PLANNING raises become work tracked here. When an Action escalates, LEADERSHIP answers — at ALARM, Code Blue.
